Warranty

14 days no questions money back:           Products can be returned to 3Pi for a full refund (excluding postage) if in the first 14 days after receipt  the customer wishes to return them. Refunds will only be made when all items are returned undamaged and unmarked in their original packaging. The packaging must be in excellent condition. Refunds will be issued as soon as 3Pi has had an opportunity to verify the condition of the returned items.

Warranty:          uBoard comes standard with a 2 year factory warranty on the receiver unit and 1 year on the pen. Duo comes with a 1 year warranty.

Faulty items will need to be sent to 3Pi for assessment and will be replaced or repaired at our discretion. Postage to 3Pi is the responsibility of the customer, but if a fault is found, will be refunded. The warranty involves a failure under normal useage conditions. It excludes any damage caused by the user, including water damage, modification of the device, being subjected to extreme temperature, being dropped, etc. The warranty does not cover reasonable wear and tear.

All warranty issues should be dealt with by firstly seeking a warranty claim code (RMA) from 3Pi. This can be done by using our contact form and inserting the word "warranty' in the subject field.
