FAQs

How long do the pen batteries last?

The pen uses a lithium polymer battery that gives approximately 15 hours continuous use before needing to be recharged (a full recharge takes 1 - 2 housr). A red light glows in the end of the pen when the battery requires charging.

Why can't I see some of the calibration points?

If some of the calibration points are obscured it is because of the screen resolution that your data projector is set to. Using your computer's control panel, (Start - Control Panel - Display settings) try other settings to see which gives the best result.

Is there an annual licence fee for uBoard?

No, there are no licence fees. By purchasing a uBoard system you are entitled to use it on any computer(s) with no need to pay any licence fees.

What is the difference between MINT Control and MINT Interactive?

MINT Control is the software that lets the pen work with the receiver unit. It lets you calibrate the system and gain control of your computer.

MINT Interactive is the specialist interactive whiteboard software package that you can use to write with, create lessons, share work, and engage your audience.
